We want you to be completely satisfied with your microFARM grow tower. If for any reason you’re not, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Return

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase.
• The tower must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
• All components and accessories must be included and undamaged.

Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining shipping documentation.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• The restocking fee will be deducted automatically from the refund total.
